Group Training Package:

Train in our fully equipped studio 3 days a week during group training hours or utilize the gym during open gym hours <Check Schedule>. All of your workout’s are planned ahead of time and there is video review when you workout outside of group training hours.

Please ensure you sign the online waiver.

Group Training Package includes:

  • Individualized programming (every workout, every set, every rep) to ensure continual progress
  • Feedback on every work set for every workout during group training hours
  • Video feedback for workouts conducted outside of group training hours
  • Warm up strategies
  • Instruction on how to utilize the required equipment
  • Dietary coaching for strength athletes by a Precision Nutrition Pn1 Certified Coach
  • Conditioning programming
  • 24 hour Gym access (Except during other scheduled classes … <See Schedule>)

Group Training Cost:

$150.00 A Month

All new clients start with a 1 on 1 session to ensure proper form, establish starting weights and familiarize themselves with the facility. Call or email to discuss the process and make your one on one appointment and get started on your journey to strength.

Group training is conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays and Friday’s from 5-8am and 5:30-8:30pm as well as Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 5:30-8:30pm.
